one
This is post number one of a blog. I just decided I needed one to fit in with the sketchbook crowd, hehe. I actually also have another one. It's about cooking and vegan food but I don't expect you to be remotely interested.
Plans for the future of "mo doodles"... Inspired by the awesome Illustration Friday I'm basically going to start off participating in IF's doodle project. If you're unfamiliar with it, basically they set a word or phrase every Friday and then all over the word, people interpret that phrase in a drawing. I'll use my sketchbook to do them and then post them here (and on the official sketchbook blog).
This is depending, of course, on the amount of encouraging feedback I get and whether the toothpaste came out in 3 neat stripes or a mushy mix of them. I hate that.
My style is ever changing although I tend to gravitate towards tangible stuff like paper, fabric, scrap metal, buttons, string, collage, my own collected ephemera. I also mix it up with a bit of pen and ink if I'm in the mood. I'm keen to go further this whole thing but we will just have to wait and see.
